How do I remove an image background?

Which images work best?
A clearly visible subject with contrast against its background works best. Fine hair, glass, and very busy scenes may need a touch-up with the Erase and Restore brushes.
What file sizes can I use?
Use JPG, PNG, or WebP images up to 20 MB and 16 megapixels. Downloads preserve the uploaded image’s dimensions. Animated images and SVG files are not supported.
